Wow where do begin? I was facing an eviction from my apartment, and notice was not sent to me until days before the hearing. Once I told Josh Sene, he called me immediately, attended the hearing for me, and got the case dismissed entirely. I thank Josh and Chuck Franklin Law for having my back.

I was arrested and charged with a series of criminal charges and was referred by a friend to this office. I spoke with one of the other attorneys or paralegals in the office. Told to leave a 6k retainer. Met one other time to discuss the case. When finally getting to the first court date I was informed, “If you’re willing to play ball I’m sure we can avoid any jail time.” At that time I told the attorney that I no longer needed their services since they wanted me to work with the prosecution and weren’t willing to put forth any effort into my case. I later contacted the office to see how much money I’d be receiving back. Two weeks later I was informed I’d be expecting a check for less than 500 in the mail. This lazy office spent more time on my billing statement than my case and it cost me over 5k. I wouldn’t waste my time here. They’re worthless and don’t seem to care to help. Beware. Don’t waste your time and money.

This guy only wants to help people with deep pockets so he can drive his Bently live in million dollar row. Even when given a good case he doesn't want it. Don't trust what he tells you about the cost! I am not a client because I don't have enough money to have the great ambulance chaser as an atty! What was it you liked the hump in Pahrump. Your a classy guy!! People who take advantage of others misfortune should be called out.
