Was told a fee, once we arrived at the location they increased the fee. They would not even provide the supervisors name for an official complain. They gentleman driving the tow truck called him back to inform him we weren't pleased and the supervisor said, \she pays what it told you or tow her car to the yard\ and hung up the call. Most rude and unprofessional person, I don't know how name obviously, the driver was kind and respectful and he tried to help.

I repeated multiple times that i needed a tow truck that fits into a parking garage. Therefore not a flat bed. And they sent a flat bed... I was also placed over a mile away from my home in a random neighborhood when i specifically said I’m on the freeway exit ramp no more than half a mile away from home. The tow truck driver was very helpful though. I tipped him 20

Dawn was very courteous and professional. Battery on my car suddenly shorted and won’t turn over. It’s a good thing I’m not too far from home so that my frozen Jamaican spicy beef patties I just bought won’t go bad or spoil. Thank you Dawn for your speedy service!
Great experience off the bat , Jayson was very helpful in getting a driver to my location. If it comes down to it hopefully not :/ I’ll use this service again. 5/5
