This is by far the best taekwondo gym anyone could go to. My family trained here almost 4 years and loved the teachers, owners and other members. We knew the place was great when we went there but we did not know how exceptional it was until we moved. We have since lived in 3 different cities and tried over 18 taekwondo gyms. After trying many awful places I have finally found a good one but it can not even compare to Grand Master Chungs gym. At grand master chungs, you will be taught by actual instructors and masters, not some college kid who does not care for the sport. You will learn valuable skills like self defense, confidence, and control. This is not a business to the Chungs, it is their life and you will not feel like customers because you are not to them. You are students and family. Every gym we tried was more than impressed with all of our skills and technique we learned and many offered to train us free just so we could make their gym better as that was how much better training we gained under Grand Master Chung. Other benefits there are there are multiple master instructors, so you can learn different skills from each, there are always multiple people around so you will have multiple people watching students, and their facilities are nice and clean.

best Korean Martial Arts instructor in the country when it comes to rank, and knowledge. Only school in Kalamazoo that teaches Tang Soo Do. Trained under the founder of Tang Soo Do and is the only one left in the world that trained under Hwang Kee.
