They sell defective products and keep the money, they are terrible. I can't believe this fraud can happen in Switzerland.

Well, it's my first time purchasing a good on Conforama CH site and it was an aweful experience. When you purchase please be careful because even if your goods are said to be available and you travel a half around Switzerland to get there and only to know that your item goes missing. When you ask how this happen? The answer you get is - 'Oh this always happens' so wait for the next availability or you may proceed with a refund! So this would be my FIRST & THE LAST purchase with Conforama. BTW, when you open an account, and upon purchasing it will all say beautifully that if not available you'll will receive a message but sad to say that you will not receive anything except for the deceiving proof of purchase that your item is available. I live in Buchs SG and I travel all the way to get there to pick my item and only to be told that my item is missing - oopsss! So next availability would be only in mid January 2021... even so I would say I'll have to be careful because it might get missing due to the bad warehouse/sales management. My wild guess... So my action now would be cancel my order and get to other store to purchase it! GOODBYE CONFORAMA CH!!! What a terrible customer service experience I had with you.
Amazing store. A lot of God prices compared with other shops around and they have people there that speak Portuguese and Spanish and English and German.

Their behavior with non-german speakers is shameful..
Household: furniture, lamps, Tv's, bedding, crockery cutlery, electric appliances. Service ok. Quality not so good; depends what you buy.
