Cheap. End of the line or liquidation products. No fresh produce. But chocolate, alcohol, hygiene, perfume, clothing and household good. You never know what might be there.

I've been a customer of OTTO's for 15 years now. It's worth it to shop there if you need something specific that's on sale. Many name brand items are cheaper there than in other shops. The negative side of the shop is most areas are jam packed with items in narrow walkways and you can hardly get by with a shopping basket. Another negative is the cash registers are usually understaffed and you take forever to check out. That's why 3 stars.
