I would not call this an Italian restaurant (having pasta is not enough), but this is not an issue, the food is great, the service is very kind and professional. Having the choice of small or large portions for the main course is genius. Highly recommended

We had dinners in 3 different restaurants in Chur, but this was definitely the best one. High quality food, very nicely presented, a separate room for our group only, our wishes met with smile. Although Va Bene Restaurant is not centrally located , it is a nice walk through a quiet residential area of this beautiful Alpine town and definitely worth the visit.
Local wine and the hazelnut/plum ice cream dessert were delicious!!! And the plating gorgeous! Servers were all extremely sweet as well Maybe not the place for a vegetarian entree though because I had the pizokels (Graubünden pasta specialty) with veggies and it was typical bland Swiss food... also quite pricey overall!!

Best restaurant in town
The service was good and meat was delicious however all three risotto were very salty for us. Unsure if it's because that's how risotto suppose to taste like but we could barely finish it. The fresh noodle was the best dish where the deer was cooked perfectly and everything tasted great. Unfortunately all the complimentary risotto with three mains were just too salty, so I left the place hungry....
The food was very tasty. We were well served and got a nice big hall for our event.
