Excellent service from the store in Murcia. Ordered an expo model dishwasher. Delivered following week, installed and old appliance removed. No manual inside so contacted Customer Service and within 5 minutes they sent manual by email in PDF format. Impressed.

We went to Nueva Condomina to purchase a freezer. It was difficult to find exactly what we wanted but we discovered it in Conforama. My Spanish is not good but the staff were so friendly and helpful I didn’t have to worry. The whole process was very smooth, quick and inexpensive! I would definitely shop at Conforama again!

Very helpful and friendly Director and his staff. Quite a few speak English which is a pleasant change compared to quite a few other local companies. Store is well laid out, only let-down is the delivery company - they were not very good at working out how to get an item( sofa) through a doorway and needed to smile a bit !!!

We had never heard of Conforama before today. Our fridge freezer went kaput and we were looking for a replacement. Visited all the usual culprits and came across Conforama. We found what we were looking for and at a better price than anywhere else. I particularly dislike being 'swooped' upon when entering a shop. The staff here smiled and said hello but kept their distance until needed. The assistant was then very charming and efficient. For someone who dislikes shopping I was very pleased with the experience.
