The entire experience was pleasant starting from the kindly vet tech carrying my sick little dog inside wrapped in my vest. Dr. Klein's tone and her compassionate approach to animal care impressed me as she called several times over the course of diagnosing my dog's illness. Her differential diagnosis was enhanced by calling specialists in internal medicine for their expertise while utilizing a battery of modern lab tests to narrow down variables. Dr. Klein's rational thought process and pleasant demeanor helped both the patient and the caretaker.
