We had a great experience working with Pat and Chris from Burdick Lexus. We stopped by the dealership to look at and test drive a few different Lexus models, and right from the beginning Pat did an excellent job demonstrating a few examples and offering a couple different models for test drives. Pat was not pushy and gave us time to think and to make a decision on what we wanted to move forward with. When we made our decision to special order a Lexus GX 460, the entire process was flawless from placing the vehicle on order through pick up of the vehicle. Due to the pandemic, the process of getting the special order vehicle build, shipped and delivered to the dealership was lengthy and took 4 months (including Christmas and New Year Holidays in the way), but the wait was worth it. Pat was a pleasure to work with, he always made himself available and took the time to explain everything from beginning to the end. Chris did a great job explaining the different financing options that were available during pick up of the vehicle and recommended what turned out to be the favorable option for us. Pat and Chris made the paperwork process seamless and quick and within days of the vehicle delivery to the dealership, we were in our new Lexus. Overall, we are satisfied and grateful for the experience that Pat and Chris provided at Burdick Lexus.

We hunted for weeks in WNY to find a luxury model of Lexus rx350. We found one in New York City and had all planned to go to pick up there when we stumbled on one here at Burdick. It was a better color for us than the one were picking from NYC. The process was smooth and made quiet easy. Only glitch was there was an issue with paperwork and while we waited for paperwork to be fixed we decided to grab lunch. The dealer had policy not to loan a car. We ended up walking almost a mile to grab our lunch which was tiring given the hot day. Our dealer was very knowledgeable of the car. Overall had a good experience.

Burdick Lexus provide the best service of any car dealer I have ever dealt with. That is in spite of the transaction being in the middle of the Corona Virus. Deliveries were held up until they could be brought into the country. At all times I was kept up to date. When the car arrived they spend as much time as needed to see how to use the features. When the purchase is closed, you stay an important customer. That is unusual. The Lexus is a very well built car in every respect. I searched the internet for details and what purchasers thought after long ownerships of Lexus. All are positive. I expect Lexus will be my car for the rest of my driving.

I just purchase a new Lexus RX 350 . We experienced excellent care from Pat Boylan from beginning to end. He walked us through the whole buying process and spent all the time we needed to familiarize us with all the features this car offers . He also assured me that I could call at anytime for help . Attention to detail seems to be their specialty. Chris Mauzer was our finance manager and took care of all the loan applications . Smooth transition. I would purchase a car from them again .
