I went today they got my wisdom teeth removed told them to take care of me they take care of me took them a good 15 minutes

Everytime I bring my daughter here she has to wait and she always have a scheduled appointment. Today we waited a hr in the waiting and was told her paperwork was not completed, appointments don't mean anything. The staff doesn't respect your time or appreciate your business.

Very disappointing, they called to tell me that my insurance company had not approved the extraction of my wisdom teeth but the doctor was going to put another code so the insurance company would approved it and they told my mother and me to go to the appointment to have my teeth removed. Upon arrival they passed me inside and five minutes later they told us that the insurance company had not approved it, we went to the appointment for nothing. I lost half of my classes and my mother half of her work for nothing and everything because the doctor refused to change the code so that they could remove my teeth that hurt a lot. She still had the nerve of saying would take them out of me if we paid 250 and she gave us a discount of 50 dollars, so we would just have to pay 200 dollars, she just wanted to get money from us, I do not recommend them bad service.
