Bought my Toro Z Master here a little over 2 years ago (3 years warranty). I had to pay out of pocket for a carburetor (550) because this dealer never got it registered with Toro.

Get what I need, and relatively fast. The mower I have is a John Deere and this is the closest location to me. This visit I was looking for maintenance items. They sell everything needed in a box kit. Quite convenient but a little over priced. When I asked for an oil filter wrench I was shown a wrench that was supposed to fit right over the filter, however, it did not. Actually none of their wrenches did. Good thing I tested it before purchase. Another item needed was a small lock washer. They had this item as well. When I asked about how to perform a simple maintenance task the man who was helping me had no idea how to do it. This should have been an easy answer. It was very surprising that he couldn't help in that regard. This is really one of those businesses that unless they plain suck entirely, you'll most likely return. That being said though, if you can figure out what part you need and are capable of performing repairs and maintenance on your own, it'd be better if you ordered parts online. If possible in the future I'll try to find my parts online to save money. For emergencies I may have to return here.

Absolute disrespect. Stay away from this place. Tall goofy guy named Rick, pure disgrace of a salesman. One visit hell act like ur buddy, trying to smooth talk you into a deal. Then you search around the local powersports community, aquire a better price for an identical machine he has, your met with agression, disrespect and pure bs from this guy. \I dont play that game\ says Rick. What game pal? The one where you serve your local community and earn a deal on a 8,800 machine while providing customer satisfaction like the rest of the local powersports dealers. I gave him a chance to honor a competitiors quote and eas told he doesnt play that game. I found that quite comical. Then he proceeds to call me \cheap\ all because i told him i was going to honor the better quote and they were going to earn my business. He was agressive, using a complete disrespectful while calling a customer that shopped around doing his due dilihence, \cheap\. At the end of the day, im spending 8800 and this guy is making money lol. But im \cheap\. If i wasnt in uniform i would have told this fella what i thought of him. This guy is a joke. Do NOT give him your business, i can only imagine what the service is like after purchase. Good god. Long story short, after that guy had his little ego trip of a sad, broke salesmen, i left immediately to go buy the machine at a true local dealer. And i couldnt be happier. In all honesty, i found out what true customer satisfaction is and im extremely content with the purchase! I feel bad for this guy and his customer base. Truly.
