Each apartment comes with a large balcony. There is also free parking and the building is secure. To get into the building you need to have a key or your key code. The best part to me is that management is on site, so when you need help with something you can go down to their office or place a work order on their website. On their website you can also login and pay your rent which is convenient. Julie and Randy made my experience here great and I would definitely recommend Cider Mill

The apartments are nicely updated and come with a very large balcony! The management is always very helpful and it’s an added perk to have maintenance on site for work orders and snow plowing. I never hear my neighbors and feel very safe in the building since it has great security at all points of access. The location of the complex is set in a great area with a community park and pool right outside the building. Julie and Randy have made my experience here amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend Cidermill Apartments
This apartment complex disregarded my disability and was non-accommodating which caused me to re-locate during a pandemic. The staff was dismissive, disrespectful, and unknowledgeable. I had to move back in with my family members, in a different state during a global pandemic, because I could no longer live in a place where I continued to pay rent for until I was finally granted a release from my lease. I would highly recommend that the rental company that runs this apartment educate themselves and their staff on disability laws.
Tammy is more than awesome. She is extremely professional while very kind and helpful. She is always there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I will definitely be back there if I had to move back to Erie. Love this management.
All of the staff is awesome from the maintenance to the office! Great neighborhood and secure building!
