Matthew. Turner VIP Motor Coach is a SOLID COMPANY. You were MISTAKENLY given the wrong arrival times for your buses. THAT WAS CORRECTED...YOUR REP TOLD US TO STILL SEND THE BUSES...when the buses were 25 minutes away...you decided to cancel, after we invested several hours of work and GOT THE DRIVERS TO COME IN ESPECIALLY FOR YOU, WITH NO EARLY NOTICE ON CHRISTMAS EVE..WHEN THEY WERE HOME WITH THEIR FAMILIES. The contract clearly stated that no refunds would be given. We always follow through for our clients. We took responsibility for the time issue. SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION!
