Ordered oil two weeks ago promised delivery no later than Tuesday the 17th November after several phone call and being fed a load of bull then promised 100% deliver by today Wednesday 18th well another day another load of bull not returning calls as promised not even a delivery Let’s see what tomorrow bring Come on fellas you’ve already had over 2 weeks to get ready to deliver at least make up good bull as to why you are unable to deliver have the decency to at least try and ly not just ignore us like we don’t exist

Meant to deliver on 4 wheeler but said they needed to use a baby tanker. We have had 4 wheeler many times before. Have refused to deliver. Now having to wait for another company to come with a 4 wheeler!! Left us without oil as we have to wait now. Appalling and they didnt even speak to us when they 'tried' to deliver. Another customer lost.
Worst company ever. Text to say 0.6 miles away whilst I was on school run. Wouldn’t wait and wouldn’t come back. Said would have to wait until after new year to reschedule. Missed them by 5 minutes. Great way to treat a customer of 15yrs. Oil for Wales came to the rescue and let us pay on account as had already paid Owen fuels. Suggest if your that busy you take on more staff or work later like the rest of the country
