My husband and I purchased a new Honda 5 years ago from the formerly Fairfield Honda. We had issues with the battery dying on us from day one. We took the vehicle back numerous times, only to be told they couldn't find any issues. My husband and I had pretty much given up hope, and we were learning to live with a new vehicle that wasn't reliable . My husband figured out there was an issue with a parasitic draw and we decided to bring it to Honda's attention. We explained the issues and the whole life story of the vehicle to the current service manager at Ciocca Honda, Chris Schwartz. Long story, short....Chris actually helped us!!! For once we found someone who wanted to do something to fix our vehicle!! He spoke with Honda on our behalf and within a few days our vehicle's issue was resolved, free of charge to us!!️ My husband and I are forever grateful to Chris! He righted a wrong that should have been dealt with years ago. He is truly a kind, caring man who wants the best for his customers! I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Ciocca Honda of Williamsport! As long as Chris Schwartz is working there, you will always have an advocate working to give the customers the best experience!

We brought my 14-year-old Civic in for a recall and a battery. The serviceman ran a check and showed me all the service calls I’d missed. To get all of them would have cost 1,000, a bit outside my budget. He told me I could get a credit plan or, since my Civic had less than 40,000 miles on it, I could service a few things at a time. We bought a CRV from Ciocca in September and they happily negotiated the model and price all afternoon. We have been delighted with the sale, the service, and the cars.

Bought a 2015 Honda Civic from Tim Tyler in the Spring of 2019. I had called Tim and told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. He found me the most beautiful dark red Civic with low mileage and worked out the loan so that I could afford it. Love Tim, love my Honda!

I loved coming here to get Lil Steph's bka my car oil change!!. They were so nice and light hearted even though I came in almost at the last minute out of desperation. In my defense I had to drive to work on 10% oil life that morning to get to work , when just the day before it was at 15%! \u200d️. With that being it is worth the money when you get your oil changed at a Honda dealership because I had bought my new from another dealership when I lived in Philly around May and during my research about the car I discovered that it was at the dealership since that March or may have been built in that month idk\u200d️. But my educated guess it was built late Feb then transported to the dealership that early March. They told me that my oil should last either 10,000 miles or one year and guess what it turned out to true far as I can tell \u200d️.... So don't wait any longer, come over and be amazed!! Jerel Gilbert, was amazing!!! he was very informative and highly respectful not overly sarcastic, bold and arrogant. He knew what he was doing and was able to get it done in order to get what I wanted done. Oh and the service was very fast !!! I can't wait to go back so I can get a few more things done!!... I look forward to scheduling these last few services with them. I'm also looking forward to doing business with them in the future , not too close in the future \u200d️ tho ... I would highly recommend coming to this Honda dealership for purchasing and service most definitely.
