They called to let me know the status of my vehicle. They addressed all my concerns thoroughly. They also provided courtesy transport from work back to the service center. Dropped our car off on August 5th for a software update and to check for an intermittent shuddering issue on startup and told them I would not be picking it up until August12th. They obviously never looked into the shuddering because the invoice was printed on the 6th. I told them it didn't happen every day and to please start it once or twice a day to see if it happens for them. They called on aug 6th telling us that there was NO oil in the engine (mechanic stated he heard a noise and checked the oil). Of course they recommended an oil change even though I had just changed the oil 2500 miles ago. They also recommended rear brakes to be replaced which I already planned on doing myself. After notifying Louis that the oil has been recently changed, he said they would drive the car around for about 200 miles to make sure everything was good with the software update. They did not do this as stated, the mileage is the same as it was when I dropped it off. When receiving my invoice it also had other things that were recommended to be done that we were never told about. The invoice states that the oil was LOW (not NO like he told us on the phone) and they topped off oil to correct after being told to not do anything with the oil. They put almost 1 quart too much in and now I have to change my oil early because they overfilled it.
