Brought a Jeep Wrangler in for inspection with a drop off the night before the service. Inspection was quick and easy. Vehicle was back in my hands the next evening. I greatly appreciate the inspection stickers being placed low in the left corner of the glass.
I called on a Monday evening to try to get my car in as my lights in my car were flickering. Tom told me that I could drop it off and he would get to it when he could. I completely understood as I did not have an appointment. By end of the day Tuesday, I had an update on the status of my car. They had everything done by Wednesday. I was so glad they fit me in. They were open and honest in telling me what their schedule was like and when I could expect my car to be done. I even pushed my luck with asking for an oil change while it was there. They did it, even though they were swamped! I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is so hard to find an honest, reliable mechanic. This place will have my business for life.
