A very well run, professional and modern facility. The hospital is easy to find, spacious and all the charming staff are elegantly dressed and well organised. Cafe and relaxing spaces throughout. I had an excellent, pragmatic and very informative consultation with Mr Neil Bradbury, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon arranged by his equally efficient secretaries Joanne and Amanda.

Absolutely waste of time! I spoke to the reception and ask about a private MRI scan and Orthopedic consult appointments. They've advised to get a GP referral and come back to them to book those appointments... In a couple of days they had the referral and, when I called the reception, they've said there's no availability for any of those... They couldn't even offer a date for next year! Trying to speed up this medical investigation they've waste more than a week of my time... I kindly asked them to send my referral to Circle Hospital in Reading but NO luck with that either! Completely useless and arrogant attitude! What I couldn't get in Bath in 1 week I got in Circle Hospital Reading in 2 days with a total different approach, very helpful and kind!!!

Family member visited. Receptionists were unhelpful. Told to fill out form which wasn't expected so didn't have a pen ( a paper form that could have been completed electronically prior to the visit.. ), staff avoided her leaving her to wander around until she found more chatting staff. They seemed put out when asked for a pen and was barked at the location. Appointment seemed rushed and she left with more questions than answers. She is now upset, stressed out, confused on the best course of action and still no further forward. Now being asked 100 for the privilege..

Absolutely marvelous support given throughout my ACL reconstruction. DR Riddle and team were fantastic and extremely professional as well as friendly and caring. Had it done 48hrs ago now so the road to recovery is fully on. 5* team!!!
