It's disappointing that trying to resolve the issue of a delivery that arrived 10 days late is so difficult. I initially sent a request for follow-up through the USPS website. When I received no response I spent over 1 1/2 hours on the phone before eventually getting through to a text exchange, which resulted in me finally requesting a person to speak with. As a result, a case was written up, but forwarded to the wrong Post Office for a response, and they could not help me or get me transferred to the correct Post Office. The USPS phone system states \Case is resolved\ - but it is not. I am still trying to get through to the original Post Office, but the phone number listed is not correct.

I receive such wonderful service at this post office. Mary is SO caring, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Every time I walk in she remembers me, and always goes above and beyond her job duties. The rest of the staff are also very courteous, efficient, and seem like they really care about their jobs and the well-being of those who come in. It's hard for me to go anywhere else anymore!

The Circle Pines USPS is the best in the metro. Mary is always happy and greats everyone by name. All the staff are very professional and kind. I would go to this location over all others. Highly recommend.
