Good quality donations instore for the most part but sadly they now charge for collecting furniture you are donating! I decided to pop my sofa on FB marketplace instead and it sold pretty much instantly, without me having to pay 10 to have it sold for charity! The people who work on the shop floor seem lovely and I visit frequently to buy bits and pieces but just wish they hadn't started charging to collect good quality items you wish to donate.

I had a lovely brown leather two seater, worth around 150-200 pounds. A nice profit for a charity. Arranged pick up from my home, after all the info/address etc. was given, I was then informed that they charge 7 pounds to take my item. So , I have to pay 7 pounds and then they also get 150 for the sofa. So instead I put it on Facebook and got 150 in my pocket at a loss to them. Sorry circulate, customers shouldn't be paying to donate. I also had three rugs that was going to throw in too, I then sold those for 50 pounds each instead. For the sake of 7 pounds you lost 300 pounds , poor business sense.

LOL, tried to get a working washing machine collected, but no , not at the moment , so this WORKING washing machine , 1 careful owner who I might add probably used it a total of 52 times will now end up on the scrap heap. WY to go Torfaen big thumbs up for the areas adherence to the concept of reuse recirculate, recycle. I'm impressed .
