I have been investing in real estate with William since his early days in the commercial real estate business, I think it was back in 1997. I considers him one of the most trustworthy people I have ever met; since I’m over 90 years old, that’s saying something? I really appreciate the way William presents very detailed information. He always does so in a fashion that makes it easy to grasp the important details, including always presenting a summary of his analysis, that’s real, honest and not full of “Blue-sky”. William is very conservative in his estimates. As a result, his recommendations normally perform much better than I expect. I’ve never lost a dime with William and I can’t think of anyone I’ve ever dealt with that I have more confidence in. Perhaps one reason for this is that William isn’t afraid to pull the plug on a deal if it doesn’t meet his stringent analysis. I can recall many times when William has been deep in to the due-diligent process and he discovers that things “just do not add up”; he doesn’t waste a minute in telling me and we move on to the next opportunity.
