The customer service that I received was so amazing I just had to leave a review. Maricel Mandoza at Citilogistics Inc. went above and beyond by sending a detailed email to Canada Post, regards to my complaint. Canada Post would"t issue a refund, because they said the item was delivered. Maricel checked my tracking number and verified that package was not delivered at this location.Canada Post received verification from Citilogistics Inc, my refund was issued immediately. After dealing with citilogistics and ezclear, I must admit that I have to be more careful about reading shipping information and how the duties/taxes will be handled at the destination country. At first I was incredibly frustrated to deal with them and their fees but Lisa Shea was very transparent and informative about how the process works. She was kind which made the whole thing more tolerable. So for now I’m just waiting on receiving my package.
