Dang it, I was so excited about banking here . And had planned to transfer all my accounts . I going to wait. The customer service is no where near what I’m use to, and it has nothing with them being black , owned/operated and more to do with their training . Please please do better, we are depending on the banks to assist black and brown people to build generational wealth and growth in our communities.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with!!!!!! Terrible customer service. They talk to you like you’re a child. ATM’s are dinosaurs! Takes forever to get customer service on the phone. Don’t waste your time! This is the first review I’ve ever done so that should tell you how terrible they are. As I CITIZEN I wouldn’t TRUST this BANK!

ABSOLUTE FAILURE at communicating with their customers following a well-publicized \upgrade.\ No way to reach them by phone, no responses to any emails, either direct or by their web portal. Look around, FB for example. Their customer base is being ignored and treated with absolute indifference.

The representatives at this location are extremely rude. The first time I called the rep, Ms. Shaquita, barely even listened to my concern and immediately transferred the call. I called back and after listening for a few seconds she transferred my call to the head manager, Chris Almond. He initially listened to my complaint but rudly interrupted me stating \Hold on honey you're talking to the wrong person\ and transferred my call to someone, I have no idea. I'm HIGHLY disappointed with the customer service I received on today and will be making a larger complaint about this horrible service.

I've been calling different numbers all day they're either busy or the phone keeps ringing. I'm very concerned about my money and I will be taking it out of this bank asap. Also I'm unable to activate my debit card.
