Used to shop here a long time ago, had great inventory and stocked items in the shop, but started having less and less availability. The plants were fresh rotations, good products in, then immediately would sell, but anything in the garden center for any length of time was not well-cared for (the plants that usually ended up in landscape jobs). Staff is very knowledgeable about proper plant care.

Jacquie is my Hero ! My landscaper had just planted a Bottle Palm for me but didn't tell me how much or often to water it - and - he'd gone on vacation and wasn't answering his phone :-( So I called the specialists at Palm Gardens for advice ! Even tho I didn't buy the palm from them - Jacquie went above and beyond giving me explicit directions on how to care for it - especially in the extreme heat we've been having - she also directed me to the local irrigation supply store (we're new in town) so I could pick up a few more drip line adapters :-) Now THAT'S what I call awesome customer service !!! I will definitely be buying my plants from her in the future !
