Incompetent! I had a tele-med appointment today at 11 am. Called the office around 11:28 am and was told they were running half an hour late. I again gave my email address and said I'll wait. Waited for an hour to find that they had left a voice message on my landline, no email, no text to my cell. Now its lunch time so no one is even picking up. Yes I'm upset, because if I was late by half an hour, my appointment would probably be canceled and I'd have to pay a no show. But what is the consequence for the doctor and his office? This is despite the fact that I already waited 25 minutes yesterday and had to reschedule it to today. Very unhappy! I had to call back at 1:52 pm, despite my having left urgent messages with office. The next available appt is now next week on Friday afternoon!!! They say they're not overbooking and that the tele med appt takes time. I wonder if that is so, why don't they allot each patient/client more time? Very incompetent. Have to wait and see how it'll go with the doctor?

The staff were very pleasant. The dr seemed to be thorough and explained things so that I could understand.

Dr. G. Shah is likely one of the best physicians I have ever been treated by. He is patient, thorough and professional - takes time to fully explain, and answer any questions one might have. Very direct, candid and caring.

The poor reviews do not lie... The office workers need education classes in customer service. A doctor's office is still a business and poor service is intolerable. I withheld my review just awaiting for some indication someone worked here was competent. After my 4th interaction stemming from the same thing, I can see the competence severely lacking. I was referred by my primary doctor. On my very first interaction with this office I was placed on hold for over 9 minutes (I timed it). After being on hold someone picked up the line and disconnected me without checking to see that I was still holding. So I called back. They said they did not have my referral paperwork. My doc sent it two weeks prior! So I had to go back and forth for two days. My doctor probably sent it five times. Check the fax machine! Finally they get it and I schedule my appointment. I have to wait a week for results since doctor was out. I understand, people are busy. To save time, I faxed all my paperwork the Monday before my Friday appointment and confirmed they all went through. But when I arrive, my paperwork is nowhere to be found? HIPPAA violations much? After I start refilling out the paperwork they finally find it under a pile of stuff. I took a long lunch break for an appointment at 2 pm. The specialist did not come get me until nearly 2:30. Fast forward to today. The woman that answered was argumentative and snippy. All I want is the results from my test. She says she has the results but won't give them to me because I was a referral and not their patient. She says I have to sign a release, for myself, to get my own information. I signed all releases when I was there! Lastly I tell her: I am sick. I am trying to find out what is wrong. She did not care and was unapologetic. When you have no sense of compassion for patients and you work in healthcare, it is time to find a new gig. Literally, don't waste your \breath\ at this pulmonology office!

I wish there was a negative star. My grandmother could have died due to his wrong diagnosis. He told her it was just anemia and her diaphragm pressing her lung. He never bothered to look at her scans. I’m glad I talked her into a second opinion because she actually has multiple pulmonary embolisms in both lungs. Steer clear unless you want to be sent home to die.
