The man sitting at the front checking people in was extremely rude. As soon as I told him I didn’t have an appointment he rudely told me they couldn’t help me till next week. Which is fine I understand it’s by appointment but no need to be rude. Throughout the rest of our conversation he continued to be rude.

Im paying an auto loan here and it never fails every time I do a principle only payment CITY BANK TAKES INTEREST OUT OF IT!! Every month I have to call them waist my time to correct their mistake. Ghetto!

Always had very positive experience with this bank. They've been helpful when my debit card was stolen, they have been helpful with refinancing my mortgage, they were helpful when I've opened up accounts at other banks. They are very on top of possible fraud situations. I think they have a great online platform and an easy to use smart app.

Following that review City Bank reached out to me and adequately resolved my issue, reversing any negative sentiment I had from my experience. I appreciate that in a Bank and believe it is a great reflection of the Customer First mentality City Bank expresses.

Despite advertising that they are a small town bank they have the attitude of a larger bank. I’ve been banking with them for the last ten years and their customer service is abysmal. We had issues with getting a mortgage with them, and ended up taking our business over to Navy Federal. I already started the process of limiting my direct deposits with them. Today was just the nail in the coffin.
