Agreed a date and time and didn’t even show up at the viewing. No response from the two numbers and a voicemail left. Terrible service and I hadn’t even gotten into the building. Definitely not doing any business with this company, if you can call it that.

Nice clean and well organised place for medium family functions. Staff very cooperative. Staff very caring and friendly.
Nice venue and good, huge function room upstairs. Great for big functions. My critisms would be the lack of bar upstairs and the ladies toilets. Can tell they have been revamped but the walls and ceiling are quite bad. I rate it 3.5 stars but google does allow half star rating!
Small but nice venue
I am pleased with the service provided by the staff. The manager Nicky she is wonderful and very helpful. We have used this establishment for more than 3 years .we would like to recommend City banqueting to all as you will enjoy and get excellent service from all.
