Worst service because for the passenger who have pass for them driver are not stopping the bus specially in 21 rout today on 17 Feb again bus no. 7022 driver didn't stop the bus at opposite sides of jaleeb co. Operative bus stop at 8.20 pm and we 4 passengers are running behind of him in the traffic. Please reply if possible if the company is not able to provide services to the pass holder close it.

I had very bad experience from one of the Egyptian driver today, he suppose to drop us in maliya, but he stop the bus in city bus station sharq behind the naif palace, because Egyptian driver didn't notice up stair passengers, bus was double decker, and instead of say sorry he shouted us very loudly and badly
Never take a pass for the city bus try to travel with kgl their service is very perfect and with more buses. The city bus is wearing a crown now they think they are very best. Their timing is very bad .. Even when buses come all to gather otherwise u have to wait for 30 min .. I think they have coordination and communication roblem in their management. And their driver knows from the place where service staff take the bus they not even stop because maximum people will use passes. They need only cash. Why u issue pass if u don't want to stop Never ever recommend to anyone ...

City bus. Stop shabab smoking inside the bus. This is public bus. City bus must implement the NO SMOKING policy inside the bus!
I board the bus everyday from Al Mughira Bin Shu'ba St. in Salmiya, opposite the City Bus Depot. Many times it has happened that the bus drivers race with KGL buses and don't pick the passengers. Same thing happened today too. i was standing at the bus stop and there were two buses of route no 15 coming together. One was City Bus and the other KGL. I have a pass for City Bus so was hoping that he will stop, but he overtook the KGL and stopped at the signal. I didn't wanted to miss the office timings waiting for the next one so i had to run to board the bus. The driver was on the phone talking and didn't paid a heed for not stopping. We as the bus pass holders pay the fare in advance and if the bus does not stops, then we would have to pay for the fare again. Is this the way City Bus needs to put its impression with the passengers ? The details are Time: 10:16:41, Route 15, Driver 23277, Bus 5225, Duty 6, Trip 6. Kindly look into these matters as it is giving a lot of bad name to the company.
