Good stay near the port. They have good standard rooms and all the aminities are above average. The breakfast was also grate in a cheapest price. I just loved the room️
Very good hotel - clean, new, nice rooms... beautiful view from the window, very good restaurant in the same building, good price - we recommend it if being on the beach is not the most important thing to You...

Pros - clean rooms. Big comfy beds. Gym and swimming pool is nice. Location is good as it is close to the beach. Cons - The breakfast ... really sad how a big hotel like this uses single use plastic plates, cutlery and cups. Decided not to eat the breakfast for that reason.
Beautiful location we were on the eighth floor overlooking the marina and ocean . The staff were 5 star very accommodating and helpful with tourist information . We were there for 16 nights I had a spine surgery in PV so it was a very relaxing experience to stay at the city express . The rooms are on the smallish side but very nice and very clean it is a new hotel . The breakfast is very tasty ! When we checked out the sweet lady that checked us in gave us hugs and stood outside to wave us off it was very neat experience!! I would definitely reccomend this place !!
I got to the hotel at 2:15 and knew I was early. I spoke with gentleman in the Lobby and he said my room would be ready in 1/2 hour. I came back a 1/2 later 2:45 and he said it would be ready shortly and he would call me. At 3pm which is their advertised check in time he left the reception desk. I waited until 3:15 and went to the reception and a gentleman told me my room would be ready in 45 minutes. I told him what the other reception gentleman told me. He told me maybe 1/2 hour. He acted like it was my fault and I was disturbing him. He said wait and he will call me. I went back at 3:45 and he was annoyed with me and told me to wait and he would call me. I am 70 years old and I had just driven 5 hours to get here. I was extremely tired. And getting very frustrated and not feeling well. It is now 3:46 and they are starting to assign rooms. There are lots of unhappy customers in the Lobby. At 4 pm they called my name and I was assigned my room. I got to my read through their list of Chanel I tried to get CNN. Which they say is Chanel 626.i finally found the CNN Chanel 57. Upset and rightly so. Sent from my iPad
Great hotel, great location. Staff were supportive and friendly, and rooms were modern, clean, and well maintained. Location is perfect for easy bus access and nearby Walmart shopping. Breakfast is tasty, and always fresh. The bar out front is an incredible place to enjoy cheap beverages and food. Would recommend. No laundry available on site.
