Just tried to order currency online. What a mistake. Everything all looks good, get to authorise the payment from my bank, all fine, then woosh, taken to a random login page. Nothing, no confirmation of the order. Sweet FA. Try again. Same thing. Try to register an account, tick the box for 'Travel Cash only'. Pointless on a weekend as apparently I need to talk to someone?! Come on! All I want is 500, hardly exciting. I do note a 1p transaction in my online banking, so I can only assume it's these guys and I have to wait for a \working day\ to confirm if I can have my . Welcome to the 21st Century. Will stick to the Post Office from now on. Poorer rates but at least it's significantly less stressful!

Perfect. Used on a couple of occasions. Great rate and prompt delivery. I was concerned at first but don't worry about having to do a bank transfer to pay for it. PayPal\\Credit Card would make people more comfortable.

A masterpiece of Neolithic incompetence second to none. I ordered some Vietnamese Dong and my first transaction had a mark up of 7% on the spot rate. I order more am promised the rate of 6.2% over spot and then when the deal goes through it is almost 10% meaning I pay 180 more for a léger order. These are a bunch of gangsters who rip people off and mess you about. It is cheaper to use a credit card or go to the Post Office. The staff are scared of the managers and have no discretion in doing a deal what an asphyxiated and commercial acumen deprived organisation.
