Thursday 25th May 2020 I would like to thank you for the great service we received from your company City Glass. We are really pleased with the quality of the windows. Extremely fast turn around during this difficult time with Covid 19, I needed to get windows for my shop front and Harry the manager ensured that I would get this window within a week which was great as other window companies said 3/4 week turnaround. A special mention to Harry as he only had limited staff in and he went above and beyond by getting the windows ready within 24 hours!! Extremely grateful as I was able to open my shop sooner. They definitely eased my stress during these difficult times and I will be recommending City Glass to my family and friends as the customer service is excellent.
City glass recently replaced the glass in our conservatory, it feels like a new room and I wish we’d done it ages ago. Warren booked the job in quickly and communication was great. The guys who did the work were friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you City Glass :)
