Austin is a true professional. He delivered on all aspects and successfully closed my transaction at a value significantly above expectations. His reputation and name recognition generated considerable interest for my property. His responsiveness and availability were key factors to the success of this transaction. Austin is astute and insightful; presenting facts and data to support his position. I highly recommend Austin to anyone interested in selling or buying real estate.

I've worked with Austin on two different property transactions and couldn't be happier with his services. Austin's knowledge of the market and ability to get things done is second to none. What you get with Austin is a true professional who clearly loves his work and gives 110%. I look forward to working with City Living again when I'm ready for my next property.

Austin was fantastic throughout our entire process. He is an expert in Detroit and it's neighborhoods. We purchased an older historic home and the process became complicated (as they sometimes do); Austin really helped finalize the process. If you're looking for a house in Detroit or it's suburbs, he's your guy.

Austin was more than a pleasure to work with. Very professional, yet personable. We looked at a few houses before making any offers and he was patient through the whole process. We ran into structural issues with a house we plan to purchase and before just accepting concessions he offered great advise for a first-time buyer. We ultimately ended up with our dream home and couldn't be happier!

I appreciate everyone is entitled to their opinion, it comes down to individual experience with their agent and situation. We just bought a place in Detroit (in record time no less). It was an international move for us and not an easy one. So many roadblocks along the way on so many levels. Matthew Richmond was not only super responsive to each and every one of our questions, he took the sting out of our process above and beyond what was expected. He was a wealth of information and truly cared, he proved it more than once. This is not my first house, I have dealt with many agents in several countries over the last 30 years. Matthew is probably the best I have had. He even offered to adjust our commission to suit the circumstance. You would be crazy to not use him. Pick your agent wisely it has nothing to do with where they work. BTW City Living has a professional office in the Fisher Building and is reputable.
