Tyler Public Transportation has some great folks working for them! This morning, James in the Para Transit division was amazing and helped Project SEARCH Interns with a ride to the job fair at the Tyler Rose Garden. While learning to utilize the public system after, Ron, our driver was very helpful in getting us to our next stop - Don Juan's! After lunch, Ron see's us walking to the next bus stop, calls his supervisor, and gets permission to pick us up in a transit van and deliver us back to our work-site so we didn't have to wait! Wow!! What a thoughtful and great guy!! So impressed with ALL those involved with our local public transit system here!! Kudos!! And THANK YOU!!!
Been riding Tyler Transit for about 9 years. I am grateful to the city for providing public transportation at a reasonable price! Ifwe could get Sunday included I would jump for joy!
The bus is always late they never answer the phone and shouldn’t be relied on
