It's worth passing by.. so relaxing and peaceful. Some are having longer stays here because they're fishing at the lake. Such a nice place to stay and have a moment with nature.

Awesome place for a walk or a bike ride or a place to have fun with family. Lots of shade to sit and have a small picnic. Level field makes it easy to play anything you want or sit in shade and pass time peacefully.

Nice quiet park. Good for an hour of slow walking. Dogs are on leashes. Not much noise from the traffic. Weekend very busy but in the week not so much people

Very nice and cozy park. According to my feelings, it's big enough. There are also ancient, tall trees and small waterfalls and a duck pond. Also there are convenient places for a picnic, where you can be even in rainy weather.

The park has improved much over the last few years.

Quite an large and old park located in Town Centre of Bytom. It contains picnic area, dog running yard (which is insecure) few lakes and few playgrounds. Also there is an Open Air Swimming Pool and town swimming pool. There are also tennis courts (which I understand are paid) and a drunk-tank, (Which are rumoured to be the most edpanisve hotel in the town). You can use tram to get around the edge of the park, however there are are ample footpaths. Unfortunately the park is showing some signs of dillapidation. I.e there is a nice fountain right outside the town hall, however the fountain on the other side of the road (which wouldn't be visible from the town hall) is falling apart. Some of the lawns are nicely trimmed, whilst others are untouched. Also there are some signs of of repair and renovation, however maintenance of those are somewhat lacking. All in all, its a nice place for a stroll and if you have some time you might even find some remains of a zoo that used to be there many years ago. Sadly it needs some (more) investment if it is to get to levels of nice parks in other countries.
