A stunning shrine! On the ceiling is a glass tile mosaic of the Brahmin universe. 12 zodiac symbols and busts of Indra’s vehicle, Airavata surround the pillar. Both the interior and exterior were designed in the Chiang Saen style

Wat Ming Mueang was located on Suriphong Rd. where the Nan's city pillar was installed The history of the city pillar was originally a temple Wat Ming. Pillar is a large timber with the size of holding by two men was found abandoned with the ruin of the image hall in the year 1857. The ruler of Nan names Chao Anarntaworarittidejh has renovated the place and named it \Wat Ming Mueang\ 1984 the ordination hall was built by the order of abbot names Siritham Panee with Lanna contemporary art, the top of pillar was carved the four-faces of Brahma implied the four cardinal virtues which are gtacious, kindly, sympathetic joy, and equanimity.
