This is the City Pillar which is a Holy place for everyone to pay respect and to pray for the peace since, the got over here has their duty to protect our City from any enemy who wishes to take over for long peroid ago and future ever. So, if you have enough tome, please come.

To walk 5 minutes west from bus station , you can view the city pillar shrine in Kanchanaburi. The pillar top is short and oval shape , it is different shape than another prefecture one. Calm and peaceful place. If you have a free time , that will be good visiting. Mar_2017
