Keira did a great job! The first student that did my hair was supposed to highlight it,when I left it was damp and by the time I got home it was still brown with a big patch of blonde on the side! I retuned that same evening and they called in another student , Keira and she fixed it! Thank you City point for having it promptly taken care of!

I took my girlfriend to have her hair colored. She decided to go bold and try a vivid color. Within 3 days almost all the color was completely faded. She is now left with the underside of her hair an awful bleached color. She was sad for several weeks with the outcome. I wish that I was able to share pictures of before vs after. If I could rate the experience 0/5 I would. Do not waste your money here. Such a disappointment.
