Decent Man

Some time ago, I asked this company to look at a radiator from a Jaguar V12 I was restoring. They had it for a few days and informed me it was leaking. I chose not to have it rebuilt at that time and took it back from them. When I got it home, I found that they had removed the bleed screw from it and in its place screwed in a rusty bolt. I went back to them to find out what had happened, and they denied all knowledge of it. Eventually I had the radiator recored elsewhere. Now I cannot put my car back on the road as the bleed screw is unobtainable. I have no idea what happened to the bleed screw from my radiator but any decent and professional firm would have ensured that it was put back on the radiator prior to returning it to me. The fact that they replaced it with a rusty bolt suggests that whoever failed to replace it knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks to this firm I cannot use my car.
