I've always had a great experience coming in to pay my bill and had a great customer service experience over the phone today. No complaints here!

Very corrupt and illegal business practices. They refused to disconnect after I moved out to pierce county and said I had to come down and and fill out a form to disconnect. We owed 82 and now they claim we owe roughly 500 because someone else moved in and was using electricity 24/7 AND WE GET THE BILL? They threatened to put it in collections but ellensburg utilities cant %100 prove it was us using the electricity and we gave them proof documents etc that we did not live there, the attorney general needs to be contacted and they need to be audited there is some people that need to be leaving in handcuffs.

Con artists. This place needs to be audited and held accountable for the illegal charges being made to citizens years after they have moved out of a house. You can’t charge someone a bill a year later because you forgot to add the gas bill and than except to get paid 1000 bucks for your screw up. Idiots working there.

I called them on the phone and they were actually very helpful, The lady I spoke too explained all the payment options to me in great detail. Conversation only lasted a minute but the customer service was excellent.

the people are nice and the service is good but it is a monopoly and everybody wonders why rates triple for three months a year. since the city is collecting quite a bit of cash in marijuana sales tax now, you would think they could give consumers a break. also, the 'windy city' is surrounded by wind farms yet has no windmills of it's own??? that is plain ridiculous.
