While most downtown garages will try to charge you for parking, I love how they actually provide a free parking area that is also off-street parking. The garage offers nice shade, as well as allows easy walking access to the fountains, Civic Center Library, and the Scottsdale Art Museum. Also, you can even take advantage of the book drop at the entrance of the garage if you want to avoid having to walk to the library to return your books. Very convenient spot.

We love coming here, my boys (2 and 11 months) love playing and looking at books here. It's so big, it can get pretty busy sometimes with tons of kids but the earlier you come the better
