It's a free city park. This review is specifically for the sledding hill, which my kid called a mountain. My iPhone said I climbed 48 stairs, so definitely a workout. I have to admit we were going fairly fast down the big hill and we spun so we were sliding backwards. There are also several bumps on the hill, which launched us in the air a few times. The paved path leading up to the hill was very icy so we climbed the hill to get back up. There are two smaller kiddie hills on both sides of the larger hill that are closer to the parking lot. There are public bathrooms but we didn't use them. Overall, I like the layout of the park and the closeness of the parking lot so I didn't have to haul two sleds around.

Great time. We went sledding, but the fence at the top kills some of the fun. Wish it wasn't there. Would be awesome without it.

Great gem hidden in the city. I have been living in the area going in two years and wish I had discovered it sooner. The park features a paved mile long running/walking loop which is great if you want a little exercise. If you want something a little more challenging there is a hill in the middle of the park that is sure to get your blood pumping.

It was my first time at the park and everyone was very friendly and there was plenty of space for everyone! I definitely recommend going there.

Great place to go.sledding, I brought my 3 yr old and 7yr old and they loved it. Its bitter sweet that it hasn't snowed much since but there is always next year. I recommend this sledding hill as there is also a smaller one if you are bringing a really small child. The day we went last it was busy but for the most part people are vigilant and respectful.
