We switched to this company after getting a low quote for fire maintenance. We got a rude shock when they starting finding defects in things that our previous 3 fire contractors had no issue with. Not to mention the exorbitant pricing for fixing minor issues. Then they threatened us with eviction, by reporting our building to the council.

The most incompetent company when it comes to fire and smoke alarms. The staff border on being fraudulent and lie through their teeth. Dont opt for this service just to save a few pennies as my strata manager did. They quote their company policies with regard to service times etc and then blatantly breach them. The “Emergency Services” is absolutely hopeless with no one returning calls or tending to urgent issues. Avoid at all costs!
