Excellent service and selection! Staff was great and they really made me feel at ease renting internationally for the first time from the US. I rented an immaculate Mercedes from them and they helped me out with the miles! My flight ran late and they offered to stay a bit later to pick up the car (I ended up making it on time anyway but it's the thought that counts!) Just all around a 10/10 experience!

These guys are great. We hired a difficult-to-find Land Rover for a two-day adventure. The car was top-notch, well cared-for and ready-to-go when we arrived. The team at Civilised Car Hire of London we very helpful and accommodating. Much better selection and service than a typical car hire service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and will recommend them highly to everyone I know.
