He didn't show up for the appointment, and never returned my phone calls! Very unprofessional
I needed some new window screens installed. I was wanting to do the measurements myself but I honestly felt like I'd mess it up somehow. Derrick came out to do the measurements for me and I only paid a small service call fee for his time and gas. He was very nice and professional. I had the window screens made by a third party and the measurements he provided were perfect. Thanks a lot Derrick!
