My husband and I have gone through Claremont Insurance Agency for our car insurance for the last 7 years. Anytime we are in need of help whether it be timely answers to questions and concerns or with assistance in filing claims both Cindy and Julia are always readily available and willing to walk us through the process. They have always been professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping us navigate the insurance world that is foreign to us. We truly feel they have our best interest at heart and are willing to help us in any way they can which has always been most appreciated.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. They allowed my extremely elderly grand mother to instate a policy of only 250,000 with no code coverage or depreciation coverage on a 70 yo house valued at over 900,000. Clearly extremely predatory tactics, only cared about getting my grand mother to sign for a policy by making the premium as low as possible, did not care about the well being of their customer, and we are dealing with the very serious repercussions of this now. Do not do business with this agency.
