Tried calling on 16/12/2020. I enquired about the availability of a beer and was subsequently put on hold indefinitely I called back and then she put me on hold indefinitely again. Then she proceeded to not answer the phone at all after that. Terrible service and have subsequently sought out what I was looking for from an alternate liquor store. Pick n pay should look into training their staff better or having a stronger hiring policy with these types of roles.

The shop is super small and crowded. Also the staff is busy asking customers for their numbers instead of helping.

Very conveniently situated being right next to Pick n Pay supermarket. Service is usually great and love looking out for their specials. Unfortunately today we were not able to buy our brand and size beer as there was no stock. I won't hold it against them, but better planning is in order. This store is easily accessible for wheelchairs.
