I sent my 500 down comforter there and when I went to pick it up on the day they said it'd be ready, it wasn't there because it wasn't ready AND when it was finally ready and I picked it up they didn't return the original bag to me with it. May sound dumb to others but I only used the blanket once and if I need to return it to the store for any reason (I have a warranty on it) than what am I supposed to return it to the store in? I'll be finding different ways to wash this from now on.

I needed to have a coat & shirt sewn up in different spots. The employee on hand was able to fix them, & did not charge me for her handy work! She also finished them the same day I brought them in, which was an added bonus. I have also brought in suits to be cleaned, & they were perfectly pressed & spotless each time. Excellent customer care & service!

On 2/27/17, I returned my white dress shirt to A-1 for two reasons. First, they did not remove some yellow discoloration on the inside of the collar when they "cleaned" the shirt the week beforehand. Second, there was lint all over the shirt from the initial "cleaning." A few days later, I returned to get the shirt. They managed to remove almost all of the collar discoloration but failed to remove any of the lint. So I left the shirt with them AGAIN. On 3/7/17, I returned to get the shirt. Guess what? Virtually all the lint was still on the shirt. The lady's response was the epitome of arrogance, poor service, and discourteous manners. "Well, that's all we can do." No! It's NOT all you can do. You could have apologized and refunded my money and paid me for the time that I wasted driving to your store THREE TIMES! I encourage everyone to avoid this "cleaning" company like the plague.
