Used them for dry cleaning service. Took a very pricey shirt with diamond shape pearl snaps to them to be cleaned and starched. This shirt had only been wore one time. When I got it back one of the snaps on the front of the Shirt was broke off. All they offered to do was replace with regular round snap. Was told it wasn’t their fault and that’s all they would do. Don’t recommend using this cleaners for you clothes. I used the claremore location which sends it out to other location
