I came here for my Covid vaccines and it couldn’t have been a smoother process. Everything was so organized and streamlined. The staff was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.

Brought my son in because his PCP office was closed for MLK day. He was showing his normal symptoms for an ear infection, (which if left untreated can lead to complications which can be fatal to him due to previous medical issues with his brain) brought him in to get him checked out like any good parent would do and they send me home with a \do not go to the emergency room unless essential\ packet. Okay, got it be a terrible mom and let my kid suffer gotcha. So sorry I wasted you're precious time.... wouldn't recommend going here unless you're 100% sure you're dying...
The process was a little long, but they did their best to get me in and out in a timely manner. The front desk, nurses, lab technicians, pharmacist, everyone was super nice and helpful. The main nurse was no nonsense but I actually appreciated that. She listened to everything I had to say, found the medication that would work best, and made sure I had appointments set up for follow ups. All and all I was very happy with my experience.
The surgeons and dentists are great here. Never had an issue with any of that. What I do have an issue with is the competency of the staff in general. If you come here, get ready to have an entire day wasted on absolutely nothing. This has been going on for years with no change in sight. Do yourself a favor and find a real clinic instead.
