Had a 6 month membership here. Nice place, relatively clean, lots of extras which are nice. Good tanning beds, no real instruction for newbies, they need better lighting & some security cameras at night for the 24 hr access since it’s away from everything. Nice atmosphere.

Got a massage by Mrs. Cohen! Absolutely fantastic experience. She was professional and excellent at her vocation. She made the experience more pleasant by being very knowledgeable and tutorial about the techniques she was using. She also used a variety of products that enhanced the sensory experience and helped to more fully facilitate the relaxation of my mind and my muscles. I left feeling much better and in much less pain. I went into it with a intense pain in my neck and lower back and when I left I was in less pain and my stress level had decreased significantly. It took another week for my injuries to completely heal but I honestly feel that the increased circulation to my spine decreased the healing time and made the overall prognosis better. This is a facility and personnel that I would highly recommend to any other individuals that are in pain and need alternative relief than pain medication!

I really enjoy this gym and the amenities are endless. I only wished the children's room was more "updated." It's small compared to the rest of the gym and the toys look old and exhausted. Overall, I will definitely recommend this gym.
